Security Representative
Basic Qualifications
Must have an active TS clearance within a 5-year scope, or the eligibility to reinstate a TS clearance w/ 5-year scope required and the ability to obtain and maintain SAP & SCI access(es).
Must be team-oriented with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP or SCI programs.
Must have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the NISPOM, DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals and/or DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Manuals.
The successful completion of the CDSE SAP Mid-Level Management Course Pre-requisites is preferred or must be able to successfully complete within 1 year of employment.
Must have excellent communication skills to include verbal and written, as well as tact and diplomacy being key.

Who We Are
The program is eager for program security professionals. In support of our customers, members of the team are responsible for providing all aspects of security support services such as, Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Security Education and Training (SETA), Access Control, Media Control, Construction Security Management, and must have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 (NISPOM), DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual, and DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Manual.
Desired Skills
Intricate knowledge of DoD 5205.07, DoD 5105.21, ICD 705, and other DoD policy and regulations.
Knowledge of Advanced Programs Security requirements, Operations Security (OPSEC), and Program Protection Plans.
Experience as Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO) and/or Media Custodian.
IDC 705 Construction Certification
SAP Mid-Level Certification
Other Important Information
Works well independently and in group settings with substantial CPSO and/or CSSO experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.
Ability to multi-task and remain organized; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
