Security Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence of the CISO function including meetings and reviews
• Produce decision-grade reports for the CISO, summarizing key metrics and milestones
• Maintain a comprehensive portfolio view of all security programs with clear stages and ownership
• Drive preparations and communications for leadership to focus on strategic judgment calls
• Run the OKR lifecycle across security teams, ensuring alignment and health checks
• Maintain a KPI dictionary, ensuring all project work is aligned with OKRs
• Lead monthly analysis tying security outcomes back to business objectives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or portfolio management experience, with 4+ years in information security, GRC, or product security in a SaaS/cloud environment
• Proven track record of managing OKR/KPI systems for security or tech leaders
• Experience in coordinating across GRC, product/application security, and security operations
• Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple departments such as Engineering, Legal, and IT without direct authority
• Mastery of program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting and decision-making
• Experience enforcing operating disciplines in a senior, expert team
