Security Program Manager

Join our team as a Security Program Manager and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by leading its contractor security team across personnel, physical, SCIF, industrial, and information security. You will direct clearance processing, inspections, access control, and vulnerability assessments, ensure facilities and people stay secure and inspection-ready. Position is contingent upon contract award** Work Schedule and Location On-Site This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Linthicum Heights, MD,with occasional work at 1306 Concourse Dr, within walking distance. Security coverage runs 600 AM-600 PM ET on business days; this positions own schedule is 40 hours/week within that window. Lead the contractor security team covering a 600 AM-600 PM operating windowOversee the clearance lifecycle in NBIS and DISSDirect weekly physical security and monthly SCIF inspectionsRun monthly Security Vulnerability Assessments and corrective action plansManage access control, visitor control, and alarm response proceduresSupport COOP planning and exercises and prepare for DCSA/IG inspections Required Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenshipSecurity Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), or an equivalent such as NCMS ISP, ASIS CPP, or FSO credentials3 years within the last 10 managing a security program of similar size and complexityAuthority to make decisions for and commit the company on security-task matters Desired SCIF operations under ICD 705DCSA or IG inspections rated Commendable or betterCOOP program experience At FWI, we place the highest importance on creating an exceptional employee experience.
