Security Professional Flex Officer

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Healthcare, Education, and Finance. Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in a vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or notify authorities in emergencies.
• Enforce rules and regulations, warning violators.
• Control access to property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Prevent theft and ensure authorized property removal.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site Post Orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid state/local security licensing (if required).
• Valid driver’s license (if driving company/customer vehicles).
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen (where permitted by law).
• At least 18 years old (21 if armed, where applicable).
• Reliable and adaptable to different post assignments.
• Proficient in operating radios, telephones, and console monitors.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess situations, mediate conflicts, and work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic).
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience.
