PART TIME - FLEX PAY RATE : $22.20 / HOUR SHIFTS AVAILABLE : MORNINGS / EVENINGS / OVERNIGHTS, OPEN WEEK MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY ABLE TO COVER MORNING, EVENING, AND OVERNIGHT SHIFTS ** LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN TRAVEL AND WORK BOTH BRIDGEWATER AND CARTERET LOCATIONS, SAME CLIENT **

Requirements

• 2 + YEARS SECURITY EXPERIENCE.
• Licenses required are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• No prior experience required.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed).
• Reliable and able to adapt to different post assignments.
• Able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; able to write informatively, clearly, and accurately.
• Absorb and evaluate situations effectively; identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
• Mediate conflict with tact, diplomacy.
• Teamwork.
• Attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Skills

• Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic) (nice to have).
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience (nice to have).
