Security Patrol Officer - Mobile Flex

About the role
As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.
Schedule
Flex, must be available Monday - Sunday, Day, Swing, & Grave shifts.
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $18/hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21+ years old
- One year of Mobile Patrol or Security experience required
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsive with strong problem-solving skills
- Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
