About the role

As a Security Officer Security Patrol Driver Gated Community in Laguna Niguel, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate daily activity and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property staff, visitors, and law enforcement while supporting a welcoming residential environment.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
