Marksman Security LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security operations and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Interact with visitors and guests, ensuring they follow security protocols.
• Perform background checks on new hires and maintain records of security incidents.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are secure and functioning properly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of relevant security experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and stamina.
• Knowledge of security systems and procedures.

Skills

• First aid certification preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
