DK Security is Michigan's fastest-growing security company, founded in 1995. We provide a range of security services including uniform security, event staff security, and loss prevention. We're seeking an Operations Manager to lead our contract and temporary security teams in the Southeast MI and Flint/Bay City/Saginaw regions.

1st Shift Monday-Friday

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary: $47,000 with benefits

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Manage and lead Supervisors and Security Officers to maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with policies, and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent communication.
• Billable Hours: Work an average of 16 hours per week in a billable capacity.
• Employee Training: Develop and implement training programs, conduct regular meetings, and ensure employees are CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
• Temporary Accounts: Oversee temporary assignments and ensure proper documentation and communication.
• Overtime Management: Monitor and manage non-billable overtime.
• Site Visits: Conduct site inspections and document findings.
• Site Equipment and Uniforms: Maintain inventory and ensure uniforms are properly outfitted.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL)
