About the role
The Security Operations Engineer will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to alerts, and maintaining a secure environment. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a related field
- Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools
- Knowledge of network security principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- CISSP certification preferred
- Experience with cloud-based security solutions
- Hands-on experience with security automation tools
Skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with threat hunting and incident response
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
