What You'll Do

• Analyze realistic SOC incident and alert scenarios to evaluate what is happening and why it matters
• Classify severity levels, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
• Review detection logic and investigation workflows for accuracy and real-world relevance
• Validate AI-generated security outputs to ensure they reflect how experienced analysts actually work
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI model performance in security contexts

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in SOC, incident response, or security operations roles
• Familiar with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows
• Skilled at distinguishing true security signals from noise and false positives
• Able to clearly articulate reasoning behind triage and response decisions
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an asynchronous schedule

Nice to Have

• Experience with threat hunting, digital forensics, or detection engineering
• Familiarity with common frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
• Prior exposure to AI evaluation or red-teaming workflows
