Security Officer with Active Clearance Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, parking locations, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols and restricted area requirements.
• Support site operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and following post orders related to unarmed patrol duties and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
