Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, screen and direct visitors, manage access documentation, and communicate clearly with employees, contractors, and guests entering the facility.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels and documenting security-related events as needed.
• Support front desk operations within a professional aerospace and defense location by verifying credentials, maintaining accurate logs, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent access control practices.

Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

$19.45 / Hour

Daytime: Thursday 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM, Friday 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM, Saturday 06:30 PM - 06:30 AM, Sunday 06:30 PM - 06:30 AM
