Security Officer Welcome Center Specialist

About the role

Welcome Center Specialists play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of clients in various commercial real estate settings. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring lobby and entry activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and reporting unusual incidents or conditions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate contacts as needed.
• Support access control processes by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, issuing temporary badges or passes, and directing guests to the appropriate destination.
• Answer phones, provide information, and assist with other front desk and security-related administrative duties.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Have a valid driver's license for driving positions only.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Pay

$20.10 per hour.

Schedule

Daytime shifts available, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
