Security Officer Warehouse Site

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech location as an unarmed patrol officer, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or delivery activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.
• Support a professional atmosphere by assisting employees, guests, and contractors with directions, access-related questions, and other security-related concerns at the location.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
