- Day: Wed 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Fri 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate daily activity and incident documentation.
- Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a positive, service-oriented environment.
Minimum Requirements
- At least two years of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
