Security Officer - Warehouse

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

This position focuses on customer service while ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property. A natural ability to engage with others and inspire confidence is key.

Schedule

• Set schedule: Mon - Wed: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Fri: 2:25 pm - 7:15 pm
• 40 hours per week (part-time)

• Competitive hourly wage of $19.50

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
