Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. This part-time, unarmed patrol position requires routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store associates by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and support a welcoming environment.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• Valid Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Guard Card/License (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Tuesday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
