Security Officer - Vehicle Driver

As a Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Driver in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and offers the opportunity to support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity while creating a welcoming environment for customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while reporting relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations according to established procedures.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly customer environment through professional communication, visible presence, and support of loss prevention and security-related operations.

Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
