About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Miami, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity. Position type: Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial facilities, construction-related areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions, hazards, and unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident logs.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, contractors, and emergency responders while helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintain orderly operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Meet any state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.

Pay

$19.00 per hour.

• Monday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
