Security Officer Unarmed TWIC Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed TWIC Patrol Driver in Sulphur, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. This role provides exceptional customer service and communication while representing Allied Universal’s culture through teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-condition notifications, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• Tuesday: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
