What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and incident reporting.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-condition notifications, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
- Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
