About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Jackson, TN, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site operations. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovation.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
- Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$18.14 / Hour

- Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
