Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role

About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Driving Security Officer in Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls. This role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
