Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a professional property location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through strong customer service, clear communication, and a people-first approach. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, tenants, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information through appropriate reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe on-site conditions, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Support Allied Universal and location staff by following post orders, communicating clearly with team members and/or local responders, and assisting with security-related inquiries as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour
• Position Type: Part Time
• Schedule: Friday 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Saturday 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
