Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

About the role

As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Strong, AR, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and employee credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred qualifications:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Possession of a guard card or license.
• Customer service experience.

Pay

Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour

Schedule

• Monday: 05:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Tuesday: 05:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Wednesday: 05:30 PM - 05:30 AM
