Job Description
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy government transportation location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout transit platforms, parking areas, public access points, buildings, and perimeter areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Monitor access points and public activity to help support orderly operations, assist with directions and general information, and report suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized activity.
- Communicate with site contacts, local authorities, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, hazards, and operational concerns while maintaining a professional presence.
Minimum Requirements
- Security-related experience of 1+ years is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Handcuffing certification is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
