Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Muskogee, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and report observations. This role provides exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a collaborative Allied Universal team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, unauthorized access concerns, and other critical situations calmly and effectively, following site-specific reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting entries, exits, and unusual conditions.
• Prepare accurate reports and promptly communicate security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Comply with licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
