What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas while verifying access permissions, observing visitor activity, and/or following site protocols for deliveries and contractor access.
Support daily operations by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or emergency responders, completing required reports, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.

Minimum Requirements

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
