Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver
About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Cartersville, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, loading docks, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, visitor activity, deliveries, and contractor entry in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
