Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and utility operations personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations and required information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and observe and report conditions that may impact facility operations, including unsecured access points, damaged property, hazardous conditions, and suspicious activity, following established site procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
