About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Driver in San Jacinto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; escalate matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
- Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential loss-prevention concerns; document observations and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control, crowd management, and directing customers or visitors during normal operations, special events, and emergency situations.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$20.00 / hour

- Thursday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Friday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
