About the role
Seeking dependable Security Officers to ensure safety, monitor property, and deliver excellent customer service. Cross-training Security Positions are Available:
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver resident food orders efficiently
- Escort vendors, monitor work, enforce safety rules
- Patrol floors, hallways, and amenities
- Patrol garage, perimeter, and loading areas
Requirements
- 21+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Security D License
- Valid FL Driver’s License
- Must pass/clear MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug test
- Strong communication skills (Bilingual preferred)
