Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic industrial location in Council Bluffs, IA. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas, industrial work zones, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations, incidents, and operational needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.

Pay

$21.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Day shifts: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Monday, Saturday, and Sunday
