As a Security Officer Unarmed Field Patrol in Webster, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, loading, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy issues at the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to site protocols within a food and beverage environment.
• Observe facility conditions and report spills, damaged doors, lighting issues, and/or other unusual conditions that could impact operations or security-related procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
