Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol Operations

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol Operations in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity; verify credentials as directed; and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to site leadership.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

$18.00 / Hour

Schedule

Day Time, Monday through Friday, 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
