As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol Compliance in Birmingham, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations, and report observations to appropriate store personnel and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and documenting relevant details.
• Assist with access control, customer assistance, and other security-related duties as assigned while maintaining a professional presence.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
