Security Officer Unarmed Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver in Stratford, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. This is a driving position where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
• Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.

Skills

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Knowledge of security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Ability to conduct regular and random patrols.
