About the role

We are looking for experienced TWIC-carrying Security Professionals for a full-time unarmed role at a construction site in Donaldsonville, LA. This position involves 12-hour shifts and pays $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the perimeter of the property and conduct scheduled checks
• Observe and report incidents, security, or safety concerns
• Maintain a visible presence to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Collaborate with site personnel when necessary
• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter

Requirements

• Able to pass a background screen
• Reliable transportation
• Louisiana driver’s license with a clean record (no flags or suspensions)
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to work outside in the elements
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
