What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor front desk activity, verify visitor and employee access credentials, and help to direct guests, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with site protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels.
- Maintain detailed front desk records, logs, and/or reports related to access activity, incidents, and daily operations.
- Support a professional lobby presence within an aero and defense location by observing unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
