As a Security Officer in Jefferson, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location as an unarmed patrol officer.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or access concerns at the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity while following access control procedures for employees, contractors, and delivery personnel in a food and beverage environment.
• Support assigned operations by helping to deter unauthorized access, observing compliance with site rules, and communicating professionally with staff and visitors regarding security-related matters.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
