Security Officer Strategic Patrol
About the role
Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer Strategic Patrol in Memphis, TN. You will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, providing customer service, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, ensuring visibility and deterrence of security-related incidents.
- Support daily operations with a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative approach.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background investigation and drug screen.
- Possess a valid driver's license for driving positions.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
