• DayTime: Mon 07:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
  Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, team members, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor customer traffic, assist with access control practices, and communicate with store leadership regarding security-related concerns, policy questions, and/or operational issues.
• Support loss prevention awareness by observing high-traffic areas, reporting suspicious behavior, and assisting with incident response involving guests, merchandise, and/or property.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
