Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, check credentials when required, and assist with visitor and/or contractor entry procedures in support of location rules and operational expectations.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior observed during patrols so appropriate follow-up can be initiated.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Must have 6+ months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
