Security Officer/SOC Operator - Wilton

About the role

We are seeking a professional and dependable SOC Operator / Security Officer for a mixed-role position in Wilton, CT. The position involves both Saturday–Sunday (SOC Operator) and Monday–Tuesday (Security Officer) shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Dispatch and document security incidents
• Maintain logs and reports
• Follow emergency and escalation procedures
• Conduct foot patrols and monitor access points
• Auxiliary customer service and information provision
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies
• Complete daily activity and incident reports

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Previous security, SOC, dispatch, military, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
