Security Officer shuttle Driver

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor lobby and reception area activity, verify identification and/or visitor access according to location policies, and report unusual or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contact.
- Answer phones, greet incoming guests, manage visitor sign-in processes, and support badge distribution and/or access documentation in a professional manner.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or medical location disruptions as needed.
- Support a professional front desk presence by helping to deter unauthorized access, maintaining awareness of entry points, and communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders during security-related events.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses and certifications are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
