Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including storefronts, common areas, corridors, loading areas, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support a professional environment and report suspicious behavior, unsecured access points, and/or maintenance-related issues.
- Assist with security-related incident reports, follow post orders, and communicate with local site contacts and/or public emergency responders when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
