About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location in Grand Junction, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. This is a driving position that requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building exteriors, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and property personnel.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$16.25 / hour

Schedule

• Wednesday: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Friday: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM
