About the role

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site, acting as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved guidelines
  • Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
  • Handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
  • Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
  • Licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment)
  • For driving positions: valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record, minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Law Enforcement experience OR
  • 2+ years of Security Supervisor/Manager experience OR
  • 3+ years of Security experience
  • 21+ years of age

Pay

$18.04 / hour

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday: 2 PM – 10 PM
  • Monday through Thursday: 3 PM – 12:45 AM
  • Tuesday through Friday: 3 PM – 12:45 AM
