Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help to deter security-related concerns through prompt response and strong customer service. Guided by our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, you will work as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, phones, radios, and/or dispatch systems, and communicate routine and urgent information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and/or service requests by gathering details, documenting activity, and directing the appropriate personnel according to site protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs, reports, and dispatch records related to security-related events, visitor activity, and/or operational concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $23.18 / Hour

Job Schedule: Wednesday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thursday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
